Tom Foulkes is Marketing Director at multi-disciplinary property consultancy Carter Jonas. After 5 years at design agency Tom defected and went client side. He spent just under 10 years at Land Securities, where he was Head of Marketing of the Retail division. After Land Securities he worked as Global Marketing Director at Buro Happold, Arup and Peter Brett Associates.
Tom is a White Pencil Ambassador for the D&AD; past board member at the DBA; and organiser of the Property Marketing Awards. Tom has been the recipient of many of the UK’s most prestigious marketing and design awards. He is a past winner of a DBA Effectiveness awards, a b2b marketing award and was voted Design Weeks client of the year.
Tom is a passionate commentator on marketing issues and how design makes marketing investments more effective. He has been a judge of the DBA effectiveness; Design Week; Marketing Week; and Retail Week Interiors Awards.
