James co-founded MMT Digital in 1999 straight out of university. Under his leadership, MMT Digital has become one of the largest pure-play UX, design and build agencies in the UK as well as one of the highest rated agencies for digital in the UK by RAR (Recommended Agency Register).

Helping clients to understand and exploit digital technology to improve business performance, James is a firm believer in integrating emerging technologies with the improved use of data and analytics to deliver truly effective solutions. He’s particularly pleased that he will finally be able to talk about his long-standing interest in cybernetics (his degree is in Computer Science and Cybernetics) as it seems clear that the future will involve voice technology, AI driven marketing automation tools and data analysis.
