With over 25 years of experience in the technology sector – particularly in the fields of digital and search marketing – Rob has managed services for some of the UK's largest brands including Tesco, O2 and Pets at Home.  

Rob is responsible for growth and innovation across the UK and Australian markets, in addition to a continued focus on providing a world-class service to Jaywing clients. He also drives the cultural direction for over 600 staff, retaining an environment that attracts the best in the industry.  

Prior to this, Rob was CEO of Epiphany for over six years, where he transformed the search marketing agency from an ambitious start-up to an internationally-respected brand and proud member of the Jaywing family, following his leadership of the agency through a corporate transaction process in March 2014.  

Alongside his role at Jaywing, Rob is also Non-Executive Director for Run for All, which was established by the late Jane Tomlinson CBE. Rob is also a regular speaker at business development events, specialising in how digital marketing can be embraced by companies to their commercial advantage. When he's not thinking about digital marketing, he takes part in Ironman triathlon and ultramarathon events.
